All rear lights not working

I bought this car used and none off the taillights , brake lights, fog lights, turn signals not even the hazard lights in the back work. please give me your opinion on what could be the culprit of this problem? thanks

I am pretty sure that you have an issue with the general electronic module. This module is basically what controls all the lighting on the vehicle. It takes the inputs from the switches and sends the voltage to the lights.

We need to test the voltage coming out of the GEM in order to confirm this.
