i'm a stay-at-home mom with a ugly stepchild of a chevy cavalier. which hopefully will be lien-free before i have to sink any more money into it (i've already spent about 3k in the last six months, and the problems just keep coming). long story short, i bought the car six years ago b/c my husband swears by chevy. unfortunately he's always out to sea and can't work on it. i am about to buy my next vehicle, definitely not another chevy, in fact i'm campaigning for an escort wagon. i've had amazing luck with those things, they are ugly, sturdy, and the mpg kicks butt. i'm currently in godforsaken hampton (bfe, my hubbie calls it). will probably be moving back out west soon, to be near my family. i'd like to get into cars again, if only i had a driveway/garage/tools/money/prybar to detach the kids from the hip. sigh. maybe janus will smile on me this year.
