troubles started when changing battery, and the battery was hooked up incorrectly(negative to positive and vice versa)..since then has acted like typical alternator problems. the voltage on the battery has stayed about 12 volts for a while, and doesn't go up to 14 when the car is started. i changed an alternator and still have the same problem. just wondering if there is anything else i should check due to the battery connected wrong for a couple seconds...other than just assuming the refurb. alternator is bad?
