97 to 99 engine swap

Hello. I would like to know if I can take a 97 F150 4x4, 4.6L engine and put it in my 99 F150 4x4 that has a damaged 4.6L. I think the heads ar different(not sure). Will engine mounts and tranny bolt up. Thanks in advance for the help. :?:

Should work for mounts and tranny, if heads are different, exhaust maifold may need to be swapped too. Check the wiring harnesses and see if they match up.
