Yesterday I was on the highway going 75mph. All of a sudden it sped up by itself. First I thought the pedal was sticky, so i pulled the accelerator back but it went even faster... it happened two more times in the same trip when I got to a certain speed (around 75mph). I tried the brake but it didn't slow the car down. The only way i could effectively slow my car down was to take it off gear and then brake. My car doesn't have a cruise control. Anyone knows what caused it?
