95 tranny k1500

i got a 95 k1500 4x4 just put new tranny in and new torque converter and am getting alot of shutter its a non pwm..also any way to tell what year a tranny is my numbers on outside i got 8685060 and M30 and a 5 on it any idea for this 4l60e tranny. torque shop says there was only one kind of torque converter for my tranny so im without a clue
