Anybody have a cheap and inexpensive way to clean fuel injectors for a 95 Mecury Cougar XR7 4.6 V8? I've tried several brands of Fuel Injector Cleaner from O'Riely's but nothing is working. I don't know that they have very been cleaned. I have changed the plugs, fuel filter, gave it a general tun-up and it still runs sluggish. I know this thing has got to have more get up and go than that. Come on it's a V-8 for crying out loud. So I figure it's got to be clogged fuel injectors. Any suggestions would be great.
