Heater problem
2006 Questions for all other cars V12 Two Wheel Drive Manual 43K miles

I turned on my cars cool setting on the heater the other day and I could hear a flapping noise (like leaves from the vent) when the heater was on level 1, then a whistling/flapping noise when I moved dial up to level 2 and level 3, however the noises seems to stop when I turned the dial to level 4.
Today the only setting that seems to be working on the heater is level 4 and nothing happening from other levels. I wonder what's happened to the other options, is this easy to fix?
