2005 Poniac Grand Prix Clicking noise.

I have about 35,000 miles on it and when it's in drive, reverse or while driving and slowing down as well, its making a clicking noise in the engine. Its now really loud. Its in the engine sounds like its mostly on the passenger side? Down low maybe? Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, especially if you experience it only on the passenger side, but I had a clicking coming from my 04 GP, and it was the steering shaft. Apparently, they aren't very reliable according to the warranty history.
