with typical 5yr/100 or whatever warranties that are attached to the purchase of a new car.....if you service your own car.......or have a local auto mechanic service your car.........does that void or limit your warranty protection....this question is specifc to a scion.......

In the USA the answer is no, the warranty will not be void and can be satisfied by anyone qualified to repair cars. remember to document what has been done. now if you are modifying this car then yes the warranty will possibly be void depending on the alterations made.
