2004 Questions for all other cars 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive

hello!
i would like to know if I took off the check valves from thermostat, can be the cause of a oil mix with coolant.

Oil don't belong in the cooling system get it block and pressure tested to rule out the headgasket cracked head or block
