2001 Outback Electrical Issue

The parking light fuse keeps blowing. When I replace the fuse the ABS light comes on and
stays on for awhile, then the fuse blows again.
Usually last a couples of days, I think. When I press
the brake pedal the front parking lights come
on and go off when I depress the pedal. Strange.
All other lights seem to be OK.

Any ideas??
