2001 mercedes clk320 3200cc 69000 miles

I have just bought the clk and noticed that in the insrument cluster the outside temp gauge and the clock are not fully displayed with only parts of the digital readout visibal.Can this be reprogramed or is it a more major fault Thanks.

This is a very common failure with these instrument clusters. Unfortunately to fix this you must replace the cluster.
