2001 Focus Idles Rough

Wife's Focus just started to idle rough. Installed new plugs and air filter, no help. The car runs out perfect, just idles rough and gas mileage has gone down. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks :(

ckeck the gas filter or the timming is off.

are all the wires good? do a resistance test with a multimeter or just replace them alot of times they go bad when the plugs do. also might want to pick up a can of fuel injector cleaner just to be sure it's not a fuel delivery problem as well.
