2000 Prizm.toy stuck head bolts

I have to remove the head from my 2000 prizm 1.8 VVT 140,000 miles and the 3 of the head bolts would not budge. Used a new 10mm HEX and really leaned on them with a breaker bar and now I have 3 rounded out bolt heads. Now what???
