2000 F-350 superduty front end clunck

I have a 2000 F-350 superduty pick-up, V-10, 72K miles. Lately when I apply the brakes hard and come to a fast stop, I feel a clunck in the front end. It feels like it's happening right under the floorboard. Not sure if it might be mechanical sterring part, wheel bearings, etc. Any ideas???

also...noisy power steering pump I plan on replacing soon.

Fords and clunks are tough! But a bad steering part...Ball joint can do it! Upper control arm bushings, lower control arm bushings, broken spring, worn sector shaft in steering box,...any leaks?

nope...no leaks. it does seem to be getting worse. any way to isolate/cheek parts w/o replacing them???

As far as ball joints...you can check for any play. Bushings will sometimtes sqeak going over bumps...A brock shock is visible. And also check the wheel bearngs for looseness.
