Electrical problem

(peug 206 1.1) my brake lights are always on when i switch my main beam lights on and the rear lights are acting as the break lights. so they have basically swapped jobs. Plus when i break it would be very hard to see the light if my break lights are on. Also how do you get rid of condensation from my front headlights? And finally when i turm my sterring wheel slightley my engine makes a slight increase in revs. hope u can solve these problems for me please
