1997 Oldmobile Achieva security system factory made

1997 Achieva 11500 milesThe security light comes on when I try to start the car and it shut down. I have took it to a GM dealer they can not disarm it, becuase it is factory made they say. They only reset it. That will last about one week than it back on. It takes 30mins to get the security light to go out so I can start my car. So whenever I go any where I could be there for 30mins waiting for my car to start I hate it. Please help.......I love my car but this security system is killing me.
