I noticed a metallic clunking sound from the front when I brake, especially the right side. Got the car up yesterday, looked over the suspension and engine mounts and all seem OK.
But when rotating the wheels (car on jacks stands off the ground), the left wheel makes a clunking sound on every second or third rotation as if the brake pads are lose.
When rotating both front wheels and applying the brakes, both stop with a sharp click sound.
When driven earlier yesterday, car stopped quickly and in a straight line. Braking did not seem to be affected. But obviously the sound is not right.
Car is a replica Cobra. Sierra brakes in the front.
Recommendations? Thanks.
