1994 Thunderbird LX alarm reset

I replaced the battery in the car and now the lights, clock, etc. flash at random and the car won't start. I do not have the keyless entry buttons but obviously the anti-theft alarm is engaged. How do I reset this alarm?

I tried pushing the light/button on the dash but it did not seem to do anything. Please help!
