100,000 miles on truck. 2.2 liter engine. Vehicle takes 4-6 seconds to start when it sits overnight. Also notice some jerking of the vehicle when going up hills or right after I shift. If I shift a bit earlier than normal it will always jerk. Engines runs fine at a constant speed. I have replaced vacuum lines, a few sensors, plugs, wires, fuel filter,. OBD and Snap-On diagnosis software on a laptop while driving the car and causing the problem to occur are showing no codes.
