1991 Xj6 Soveriegn Fuel 14 error msg

My 91 Xj6 wont turn over. I had the fuel pump replaced 2 months ago. The error msg reads Fuel error 14 which refers to fuel vacuum hose leak.
How serious a problem is this ? Please help..I don't want to have it towed just yet and i need to fix it asap.

A code 14 won't keep your car from turning over or starting. According to my sheet, a code 14 is "coolant temp sensor out of range" which means the CTS is usually bad. If it "won't turn over" you need to check your starting system.
