1991 k3500 tach and speedo stop working

I have a 1991 k3500 dually and the tach and speedo both stopped working at the same time. I pulled the cluster and sent it in for repair they tested it and said the tach worked just fine so its not the cluster. not sure what to do next. how can i test the speed sensor?

Speed sensor would be my conclusion.

i have replaced the seed sensor . so i how have the tack working it is some how tied to the brake fuse?? speed is still not working and now the temp has gone out as well.
