1988 4runner back window issues...

My rear window will only role down after the vehicle warms up for about 10 minutes. After that it works fine until the vehicle is shut off (it works for a bit after the vehicle is shut off). When the weather is warmer the window will begin to work quicker.

I don't have a clue how to begin to trouble shoot the problem because I don't have a scematic....

Help!
