sorry about the make & model & year the correct info is 1958 edsel ranger with 361 ci fe engine with a positive ground. The car is not able to start it will turn over and fuel is getting to the carburetor and its squirting out of the jets inside the carb as well. the car has a new battery and I replaced the Igntion coil my question is since the car is positve ground how would you hook up the coil to would you use the negative to the battery or to the engine distributor or would you connect the postive to the batter or the distributor?
