If everything is new, either we are losing power at some point or there is a problem with the PCM (powertrain control manual).
I attached the two relays I believe you replaced and the fuse that powers them. I need you to check two fuses. First is fuse 3 (30 amp) under the hood in the power distribution center. In addition to checking it, make sure there is power to and from it.

If it is good and has power, check fuse 9 (10 amp) in the interior fuse box (left end of the dash.
If they are both good, then we need to move to the ASD relay (which I believe you replaced. Each pin on the relay will be numbered. The primary side are pin 85 and 86. The secondary side of the relay are pins 30 and 87.
Locate where pins 86 and 30 press into the box. Check those spots for power with the relay removed. Pin 30 will have power at all times. Pin 86 will only have power with the key in the run position.

If both pins have power, I want you to jump pins 87 and 30 to see if you then have ignition spark. Do this as a test only. Don't leave it this way for an extended period.
