All dash lights, but only clicks when trying to start

I have all dash lights, car runs through system test when I turn the ignition over it just clicks. I've replaced the starter, neutral position safety switch and the dtrl relay. still just a click when I try to start the car in park or neutral.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's starter relay. It is located in the PDM E/T which is at the right front of the engine compartment. I have included a link below for you to go to:
