1986 Alfa Romeo Spider maybe brakes binding

I have a 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio, it runs great and the only problem I have is that after I drove the car for several highway miles it feels like that there is a drag, like I'm applying the brakes, in heavy traffic is even worse I can really feel the drag when I depress the clutch pedal it feels like I'm breaking, once the car is parked for several minutes the car moves freely no drag.
I suspect one or more calipers are sticking, but why if I'm not using the brakes on the highway how do I find out if one or more calipers are sticking ?? am I looking on the wrong direction ??

to answer your first question, I believe you are very hard on brakes, I am sure the car is a manual, have you ever thought about coasting when you see the light red ahead of you? I have never done a brake job on any one of my cars ever!!! that's because I cruise ( it's called coasting) sorry I have the hardest job in the whole world, it's called trying to make people smarter!!!
at any rate, to answer your next question "how do I find out if one or more calipers are sticking" that is easy, Drive your vehicle, trying not to use the brakes, for several miles, get out, take your hand, and feel the wheels, if you can touch the rotors that's better, check the temperature of all four wheels, the wheel that is hot, is the wheel that the caliper is sticking, as Paul Harvey would say( God bless his soul) "now you heard the rest of the story".
