Alarm system will not turn off?

Stock alarm system.
It will not turn off. Tried looking for loose connections but can't find anything noticeable. Disconnected the connector from the hood latch still goes off. Driver said it started happening after a child tried to open the door before it was unlocked.
Fob does not work, but hasn't in months, they manually lock it with the key.

Hi,

Have you scanned the can-bus? If not, that is where I would start. There is an anti-theft module that may have codes.

Next, I attached diagnostics below for general diagnostics related to the anti-theft/immobilizer. Take a look through them and let me know if you are comfortable performing them.
