I randomly keep getting an alarm sound through my speakers and it keeps muting my radio

When you say an alarm sound, is it a beeping or a loud siren?

If it is muting the radio, then it clearly thinks there is an issue that it is turning on for.

So that means we need to try and identify the alarm to try and figure out what system it is related to.

However, I suspect the radio is the issue and it will need to be replaced but if you can get a recording of this noise that would be great to try and figure this out.

I understand if this is intermittent and that makes it hard, but we need to get a little more info on this in order to know for sure.
