The alarm system in the car goes off after I start the car and stays on while it is running. I have not started the car in a while and the battery is dead. If i charge the battery to get it going again and have the same issue, what are the procedures i can try to possibly fix this.

you can try to reset the security system if no manual look online on how to reset it. If that has been tried then you might get it scanned to see what is wrong with the system. pulling a fuse will not let you start the car
