Alarm keeps going off and door open light keep coming on

Hi, I’ve been having trouble with my car alarm going off every hour for the last couple of days and I don’t know what to do anymore. I always make sure to make sure my doors are shut correctly and that nothing is in the way, but it still starts the alarm at all hours of the night. lately whenever I turn right my dash tells me my right door is open even though it’s not.
