Unplugged alarm immobilizer by mistake re-plugged in but now van won't restart and dash lights won't come on apart from faint airbag light when key turned on.Red light flashing fast then goes to 2 flash and repeats?

Morning, I've tried the keys in the ignition for 10 minute cycle and the disconnected negative lead on battery neither worked. light does stop flashing when in ignition as suggested, but no luck starting. any other suggestions ?

Trying key cycle again rapid flashing from the red light for 30,40 seconds the slower double flash for same time then nothing ?

Unfortunately you may have to take it to a shop. the newer scan tools can reprogram the immobilizer unit to the ECM. Sounds like the memory was lost. If you've tried all the steps we have, it's going to have to be reprogrammed.

Most shops these days have scan tools that can reprogram many things. So just find a decent shop and explain what's been going on.
