Air conditioner not working properly

Hope you have got it correct, compressor remains on without disengaging. If that is the case, it most probably is a faulty relay somewhere.
Does blower motor works at all the speed ranges?

Blower motor works in all speeds but, the A/C light goes off in the number two fan speed. The fan switch is attached to a board with the vent selector and temperature switch. The fan switch appears to be broken off the board but the fan speed works in all speeds.
Before you were able to respond to me I added some Freon to the A/C and it started working.(both the A/C and clutch) When it did it start working it started to sling out oil or what appeared to be oil from around the compressor. I am assuming it may be a faulty compressor. I hope I am assuming correctly.

The system needs some oil in it for it to work right. With it putting out oil there may be too much oil in the system and blown a seal. Check to see if it is coming from the compressor or somewhere else. Check the hoses.

The A/C was working fine until ten days or so. When it quit working I had a friend put gauges on it and it did not any Freon in it; We added Freon and it worked for five minutes or so until the Freon leaked out. The bearing starting to make noise now.

You have a leak in the system. If the A/C compressor stays on I would disconnect the wire wires going to the compressor. That way it will not do any damage to the system. With it leaking Freon and the compressor staying on it could do some damage to the system.
