The airbag light will not go off in my f150 truck. I have had it to two garages and still not fixed. Any suggestions?

Can you tell me what was done? Also, have diagnostic trouble codes been retrieved?
Here is a quick video that shows how to use a scanner. I realize most people don't own a scanner, but often times a parts stores will do it for free or lend/rent you a scanner.
