Airbag light will not turn off

I replaced the clock spring on my car. all the buttons and horn are working again but my airbag service light won't go off .I can't find any fuses for the airbag. is there something I need to reset?

Good afternoon,

You need to have the system checked for a fault code. The light being on tells me there is a fault code stored in the system.

A parts store will read the codes for free but make sure there code reader will read air bag codes. A lot of them will not.
