Every manufacturer will have their own name, depending on whether or not those are separate pieces that are snapped in. They could be called "vents" or "diffusers". About the only place you are going to find those is in a salvage yard.

Yep, defroster vents is the US term. They simply spread the air across the windshield/windscreen to defrost or remove fog/condensate from the inside of the glass. Salvage yard would be the better place, I'm sure a dealer could order them but the price on some of those body parts is scary...
