Air ride suspension/compressor?

This is common when the air compressor goes out or you have a leak in one of the rear shocks. When you first turn the car on can you hear the compressor running in the front of the car? If so, the pump is working, I would replace the rear air shock here is how in the image below. Please let us know what happens.
