Air not coming out of center vents?

The blower motor is working and the air is blowing inside the dash. However it is not coming out of the vents. Is it the mode door? Part number and location in the truck. Thanks!

The mode door is controlled by a cable not an actuator. Here is the information on that Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
