Low air flow through dash vent

Good afternoon,

I attached a picture for you of the system. The parts I circled are for the airflow to the center vents. Something there has failed whether the vents came off, cracked, or broken.

The entire dashboard has to be removed to gain access to this part.

I attached pictures of all the components. There is no actual procedure listed for the removal. It just lists the parts that need to be removed.
