From when purchased car I took car back to Holden for three years and about a dozen plus times for intermittent problems. They claimed they almost gradually replaced all parts. once guarantee over they said their temperature tester said all was okay.
The problem is that at about thirty one degrees outside temperature the A/C stops working and the fan hardly blows and then warmish air.
Switching it off for ten to fifteen minutes and opening windows and then switching it back on. Sometimes fixes it and once again nice very cold air with good fan strength.

Sounds like the evaporator is freezing up into a block of ice. If you are in the habit of turning the fan down to low speed a lot, that will contribute to that. We do not have that car here in the US so I cannot tell you how that one is set up but most expansion valve systems have a thermostat switch in the EVAP to prevent that. If it is an orifice tube system, it has a cycling switch to prevent that.
