Sounds like the engine is running, but there no air coming out vents. Some air comes out the smaller vents on side angled toward window.

try pulling hvac fuse inside car with key on for sixty seconds, it may reset the actuators. If not have it scanned for codes as it may be the control is not sending power to these. it it is auto temperature control where you set the temperature it may be another problem and scanning is required by a mechanic with a professional grade scanner.
