I have had to replace the blower motor and afterwards water is leaking from under the dash into the passengers side floorboards and now it is coming through the air vents.

If it is coolant, you have a leak in the heater core. If it is clear water, the condensation drain must be clogged.

It is not coolant. It's clear water. It's ice cold water and Orr only happens when I run the a.c. in my car. My nephew has tried to use a wire clothes hanger to see if the Condensation drain was stopped up but he said It felt clear I don't know what else to check

You will have to pull back the carpet and get your head up under the dash to find the spot where it is coming out. Either the drain is clogged or the case is cracked or broken.

The case/housing that holds the evaporator, heater core and all the duct work is made of plastic. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/150817329.gif

It's possible if the guy really didn't know what he was doing but it's not a common thing. Like I said, someone needs to actually look.

No, forget that. Changing the case is a MAJOR operation. The entire dash has to be removed and the AC has to be evacuated. The case would cost hundreds of dollars and it's only available from the dealer.

You can do as I originally instructed and find out where the actual leak is. Then you can decide how to fix it.
