I have owned the car for a year and A/C was fine for about seven months then suddenly stopped working. It was nearing the fall so I didn't bother with it since it was near that time to start using the heat. New year came and its gotten hot outside so I turn the A/C on just to see if it would work and to my surprise it was blowing cold air. A month later it is back to nonworking. so I took my car to the dealership and was told I have no leaks, full of Freon, but compressor is not coming on although the compressor isn't gone bad. The guy said my BCM (body control module) was bad. Had the BCM replaced and A/C worked and blew cold air again until I cut my car off and crank back up. The air was coming through the vents but it wasn't cold it was mildly cool. Went straight back to the dealership and ended up getting a refund because he said if that new part didn't fix the issue then he has no idea what's wrong. I have a toddler so I need to get it fixed. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
