Air conditioner quit

We replaced the serpentine belt due to wear, replaced blower motor resistor and still do not have air flow. The compressor kicks on and off but the blower never engages. High pressure side of A/C system either came off or blew off and air has not worked proper since. Can you please advise before we buy more parts that will not fix the problem?

I am assuming this is automatic temperature control and you have scanned it for codes. Also, I am assuming all relays and fuses under hood have been checked. then pull room fuse under hood to try to reset actuators have key on and pull fuses for sixty seconds. there are two blower relays and either one being bad blower will not work all are under-hood. then if mode actuator does not work or get power that may be the problem, see picture. if manual system it still has to be scanned for codes with a scanner, not an auto parts scanner.

Yes we did scan and there are no codes, We have our own scanner. What is room fuse?

one thing about scanners if it is a inexpensive one they will not read modules like a HVAC they normally only read engine/transmission codes and that is it. the room fuse in picture is under hood and if you pull it with key on it stops power to HVAC control so actuator for mode which sends air in direction can reset it was in the picture on last reply. it may reset the mode actuator which can send air into the car.
