Center A/C vents not blowing air

A/C works fine, but my center air vents don't blow air at all. Only outside vents work... Any ideas? Is it a fuse if so which one? Thanks for your time..

This happens when the mode cable comes undone/stops working. here is a diagrams to help you see how it work and what to look for to fix it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
