air conditioner not cooling when car is moving

air conditioner will not cool when car is moving. it will cool when sitting in park. Freon is full, fan is blowing, fuses are good. 2012 has no relay. also, does clutch engage in and out or does it stay engaged continuously? thank you for any advice.

clutch on A/C will cycle meaning on and off. not cooling while moving does not sound right. it should be the other way around. see picture for relay location. also, have this scanned for codes by a mechanic there is also a ground for blower on right side of dash so check to see if loose.

while your driving air conditioner switches from cool to warm to cool to warm back and forth,is my car processed

ok then a mechanic will need to evacuate the system then recharge it sounds like. it may be freezing up or the system is low on Freon. so have it checked.
