Air conditioner not working?

It sounds as if the mode blend door actuator is not working correctly the part codes about $80.00 here is the location of the blend door motor int eh diagrams below I have also included two guides to help fix the issue,

My rear AC stopped working. It came on just fine yesterday when I pushed the button, but today when I push the rear ac button all I get is a click sound by the steering wheel. I thought it might have been a fuse because that's where my fuse box is located, but I changed the one marked rear ac and it still wont come on. Any suggestions?

It could be a fuse, the switch, relay or motor.

Air con not working,no air blowing from heaters.

If it is just your heater it is probably the air vent doors getting stuck or not opening. If it is the A/C and the heater it might be the blower motoro relay.
I am going to give you a walk through diagnostic on situations where heaters do not work. There iss an actuator that is a little motor that opens the heater doors and other doors as well. Sometimes they are not hard to get to.

The ac went out a few weeks ago and its 100 degrees here in Macon, Ga. I thought it was the refrigerent and tried to fill it but found out the compressor wouldn't kick on. It seems that this car is to young to have ac problems but guess not. I checked all the fuses and relays. Is there anything else it could be other than the compressor being bad.

Best advise is find an A/C specialty shop have a system diagnosis most will do for nominal fee. Then post and will advise

I just bought this car. The A/C not working so I popped the hood the A/C belts was there but not on so I put the belt on. Broke a plastic piece on my radiator so had to buy another one. Put it in went to work would not do over forty mph. Then the transmission just stopped pulling. I went sixteen miles. What went wrong?

hard to tell what happened unless A/C compressor is bad and drawing down power remove belt first see if it improves. if not scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rents gauge and can scan for codes. it may be a two fold problem with fuel and or the A/C part. if it was sold with belt off i would say the compressor is bad so you will not have A/C either once it gets warm enough by you.

The A/C belt would cause my transmission not to pull. My vehicle wants pull out of its tracks now.

in my first reply I said it might not would so to try it off again and see if it is okay. I also said to scan for codes and mentioned a fuel problem so check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. See link.

we were sitting in traffic in near 100 degree weather when the air conditioner suddenly started blowing hot air. what could be wrong

Hello,

This sounds like the system is low on charge and the compressor has kicked off which is common. I would add refrigerant and check the system for leaks.

My car heater is blowing cold air when not in motion. When in motion, it blows hot air.

Check and test thermostat and coolant level

The thermostat has been replaced and the coolant has been filled/checked. However when more antifreeze was added, it did fix the problem for about a week. Whats up w/ that?

Check the radiator if its clogging up and the water pump if its circulating the coolant if okay try bleeding the system could be airlock causing it

My A/C started blowing hot air the other day. I took my SUV to have a free A/C test done on it. The mechanic said that the Freon was full and that the problem was electrical and he needed to run another test for $80.00. I was thinking maybe the relay or fuse.
