Air condition does not work , it blows hot air, makes the car feel like car will die , It vibrates sound like it is choking

The car A/C has not work for 5 yrs . I have been rip by 2 Toyota dealer who took more than $500.00 and said they did not know how to fix my car ,could you Ref: me to some one in Queens, Any I live in Rosedale, 11422
I have spoke to several shop they all ref: me to the dealer who cannot or will help me ,I do not want to give my money away .
