Sounds like we have a leak in the evaporator. However, we need to start with checking the pressures of the system. I suspect they are going to be low which means we have a leak somewhere. Then we need to pull it into a vacuum and add dye to the system and inspect the system for this dye. Here are some guides that will help with doing this:

Once we know what the pressures are and confirm they are low then we can take the next steps as we may have a different issue but I think this is what is going to be needed.
